Soul(God+Word)= Life + Godliness
“In the beginning was the Word and the Word was with God and the Word was God” – John 1:1.
The word of God is quick(alive)and powerful and sharper than any two edged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of the soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart – Hebrew 4:12.
It is written, man shall not live by bread alone but by every word that proceeded out of the mouth of God – Mathew 4:4.
John tells us the word of God is God. Therefore, God=Word. The implication of this equation is that the amount of God’s word operational within the soul of man is directly proportional to the God-content in him.
How can you claim to know God and do not have His Word in you. How can you carry the Bible and refuse to obey what is written therein? “Let the Word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom…” Col. 3:16. This injunction is required to ensure there is a complete substitution by elimination or vice versa of any Antichrist elements i.e sinful lusts and unbelief, from the soul. Break the fallow ground, sow the Word in your hearts and the life of God will fill you.
Once the soul was ruled by the knowledge of sin and the darkness. “Wherein in time past ye walked according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that now worketh in the children of disobedience, …and were by nature the children of wrath,” Ephesians 2:2-3. This condition was also highlighted in the antediluvian, when God saw “that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was evil continually,” Gen 6:5.
This is the state of ungodliness or mathematically represented as Soul – Word = (Death +Darkness)²
“Thy word is a lamp unto my feet and a light unto my path,” Psalm 119:105. The Word is Christ and He said, “I am the Light of the world, he that followeth me shall not walk in darkness but shall have the light of life,” John 8:12.
Hence the Soul without the Light(Word) is plunged into strong darkness.
If the Word = God, it means God and His Word are the same. And if Christ is the Word, then Christ Is God. (If a thing is the same or equal to two things, then those two things are equal to each other).
Therefore, if you possess any of the variables(Christ, God, Word), you will automatically possess all the powers of the others.
This demonstration then disproves any profession that claims Christ and His religion without possessing His word. “Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof, from such turn away,” 2Tim 3:5. “And why call ye me Lord, Lord, and do not the things which I say?” Luke 6:46. This is building on nothing(sand). Mathew 7:26-27, and nothing can stand at all.
Those who play religion, content themselves with church membership and continue living in sinful pleasures are deceived. Only a genuine repentance and heart conversion can bring in the needed Light and salvation.
The wise hears the word and takes it and lives it out in his life. The light then shines within him and darkness takes its flight.
Soul(Word+Spirit) = (Light+Power)²
Darkness is what brings stumbling, because the eyes are blinded and the soul falls into every sinful pitfall. And if no help comes, the soul ends up in eternal damnation in hell.
Soul (Sin)² = 2nd Death +Eternal darkness
The foregoing is the final destination of a soul which continues in sin and rejects the Light which shineth in darkness.
The Light is still shining and every soul has the opportunity to come to the Light and be saved from the destruction now pending.
Now is the accepted time, now is the day of salvation.
